Product warranty period
FREE THE TONE warrants that its products are free from defects in materials for a period of one(1) year from the original date of purchase by the original owner for products purchased from our authorized dealers.
If a failure occurs during the warranty period, please contact the dealer where you purchased the product first.

Warranty Policy
During the warranty period, we will repair the product free of charge for any failures that occur under normal usage conditions in accordance with the owner’s manual and cautions.
However, the following cases will not be covered by the free repair warranty even if such defects occur within one year of purchase.
- Products purchased from sources other than our authorized dealers such as second-hand goods, resale goods, online auctions, etc.
- The date of purchase or the name of the official dealer from which the product was purchased cannot be identified.
- The product has been damaged by misuse, shipping, transporting, failure caused by dropping.
- The product is damaged by improper installation with other equipment.
- The product has been modified.
- Damage caused by weather, earthquake, flood, fire and damage caused by abnormal voltage.
